浅蒸し茶の特徴

蒸し時間が約30秒という短い時間のため、浅蒸し茶は茶葉本来の形がそのまま残り、新鮮な香りと澄んだ金色透明の水色（すいしょく）が特徴です。

香りは清涼感があり、スッキリとした旨味を持っているので、お茶本来の味を楽しめます。

見た目は整った細い茶葉となります。

美味しい淹れ方

沸騰したお湯を湯呑みに注ぎ、湯を冷まします。お湯を湯飲みに入れることで、約10℃前後温度が下がります。（First Spring《春緑茶》は60℃がおすすめ）

急須に茶葉を入れます。茶葉の量はティースプーン1杯（約5g）が一人分となります。

冷ました湯呑みのお湯を急須に入れ蓋をして茶葉が開くのを待ち蒸らします。（浅蒸し茶は2分ほど)

湯呑みにお茶を注ぎます。最後の一滴に旨みが凝縮されるので、しっかりと注ぎきります。（2杯以上淹れる場合は均等に少しずつお茶を注ぎます。）
